What materials can you cut and engrave?

We work with a wide range of materials including wood, acrylic, MDF, leather, slate, glass, cardboard, cork, bamboo, textiles, and anodised aluminium. Our 130W CO2 laser in Dublin delivers precision cutting and engraving across all of these. We do not process PVC or any chlorine-containing materials for safety compliance.

What file formats do you accept for laser cutting?

We accept SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, and CDR vector files for cutting jobs. For engraving, we also work with high-resolution PNG and JPEG images. If you need help preparing your files, our team can assist with design adjustments.

What is the maximum cutting size?

Our laser bed measures 1450 x 840mm, with pass-through capability for longer materials. We can cut materials up to 10mm thick depending on the material type.

Can you laser cut glass?

Accepted Answer

Glass cannot be laser cut, as the thermal stress causes it to crack or shatter. However, we offer high-quality laser engraving on flat glass surfaces, producing detailed frosted designs on mirrors, plaques, coasters, awards, and signage panels. The engraving is permanent and dishwasher safe.
